What you should know about Generic cialis.

Pharmacologic properties

Posology and Administration

Interaction of Generic cialis with other drugs

Do not take Generic cialis along with medicines containing isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket), nitroglycerin (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid), and other nitrate-containing drugs used for treating chest pain and different heart diseases. Warning: simultaneous use of Generic cialis and nitrate-containing medicines (even if taken occasionally) can result in hypotension (low blood pressure) followed by fainting, and even in a heart stroke or a heart attack.

Do not use Generic cialis if you are taking:

alpha blockers for enlarged prostate or hypertension (high blood pressure) – i.e. alfuzosin (UroXatral®), doxazosin (Cardura®), prazosin (Minipress®), terazosin (Hytrin®), and others; such antibiotics as Clarithromycin, Erythromycin, Troleandomycin; bosentan; cimetidine; cisapride; diltiazem; drugs for fungal infections - Fluconazole, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Voriconazole; certain drugs for such mental disorders as stress, depression, anxiety, different phobias etc. - i.e. Fluoxetine, Fluvoxamine, Nefazodone; some drugs for seizures of different types – i.e. Carbamazepine, Phenytoin, and Phenobarbital; mibefradil; certain medicines for treating AIDS or HIV infection; nicardipine; rifabutin, rifampin or rifapentine; quinidine; verapamil.

Also do not combine Generic cialis with drugs for treating impotence such as alprostadil (Caverject, Muse, Edex) or yohimbine (Yocon, Yodoxin, others), unless it is permitted by your doctor.

Generic cialis Possible Side Effects

Call your doctor immediately if during sexual activity you suddenly have any of these serious side effects:

any signs of allergic reaction such as hives, swelling of your face, lips, tongue or throat, any respiratory problems; pain, numbness or tingling in your chest, neck, face or arms, swelling in your hands or feet; uneasiness, sweating, irregular heartbeat, labored breathing, sickness or qualms, vision changes up to its loss, dizziness up to fainting; painful penis erection (especially if lasting over four hours).
