Are the medicines you offer brand-name ones?

What is the difference between 50mg Viagra tabs and 100mg tabs?

Both 50 mg and 100 mg tabs of generic Viagra (Sildenafil) are available for purchase at our store. These are standard dosages of the drug. However the fixed dosages may differ from individual ones. Is it required to have a prescription to order from you?

No. We do not require any prescription from our customers. But we would recommend you to consult your doctor before starting to use a medicine because you can have some contra indications to some certain drugs included into our list.

How to order from you?

If you wish to order some product from us follow the steps below:

1. click the “buy now” button to chose the product you wish to order;
2. chose the required amount of pills;
3. go to the  “Checkout” page;
4. fill in the required information;
5. click the “submit” button (please double check all the fields before submitting the form);
6. If your order is accepted there will be the notification on the screen. Within 10 minutes you are to receive the order confirmation message automatically sent to your email address. In case you do not receive the message contact us, and we will resend it. You can download the message from your account section (Track Order).

How to use a wire method of payment, and when will my order be sent in this case?

If you wish to use the wire method of payment follow these instructions:

1. Chose the product you wish to order.
2. Go to the "Checkout page".
3. Check the wire payment box.
4. Fill in the order form.
5. Click the "Submit transaction" button (please double check the form before submitting it).
6. If your order is accepted on the screen there will be the order confirmation message with the address where the wire should be sent. The same message will be sent to your e-mail box.
7. Send the wire to the address specified within 48 hour after the order.
8. As soon as we receive the payment (as a rule it takes about 3-5 days), your order will be sent out.

 

When is the charge actually posted?

The order procedure is put into execution right after you click the "Submit" button (after filling in the order form at the checkout page) the information is transmitted to our processing centre. As soon as it is checked, the credit card is charged. After the payment is authorized, your order is approved.

The medicines we offer are shipped to almost all countries of the world with the exception of some Asian countries.

What types of shipping do you have?

At the moment you can chose between two types of shipping (postal services):

-- Courier Service (in this case packages can be tracked by the tracking number supplied after the order is shipped. Please see your account section (Track Order).
-- Standard International Airmail (the package is not tracked).

What are the sipping rates? What type of shipping is faster?

The shipping rates depend on the method of shipping and the country of destination. To compare the two methods of shipping we currently offer, please, consult the following table:

Can my order be delayed at customs?

This is a rare occasion but if it happens we will inform you about that. In this case the recipient is to give his permission to examine the parcel. After that you are to receive your order.

What packages do you use?  Am I to sign for the delivery?

We understand how important your privacy is. Your order will be sent in a discrete envelope and left in your mail box. You are NOT to sign for the delivery in case the order is sent by Standard Mail.

Will my order be sent out immediately after submitting it?

Your order will be sent out as soon as your order information is checked and your order is packed. That usually takes 1-2 days.

What am I to do if the package is damaged or something is missing?

In both cases you are to contact us to inform of the problem. We will either resend the order or refund your payment. For details, please, check our Refund Policies.

Note: Please, be informed that if you order 90 or more pills, the order will be sent in several packages: 30 pills (plus 4 gift pills) in the first envelope and the rest of the order (60 pills) will be delivered in a week.

Am I to pay for reshipping of an order?

No. You are not to pay for it. We will reship your order free of charge without any additional charges.

 

Viewing Orders

How can I check the status of my order?

There are two ways to do that: either to contact our support team (Contact Us) or check it from the web site.
In your account section (Track Order) you can see the status of your recent order, the dispatch date and the approximate day of the delivery. To enter your account section insert the order number, your e-mail and the verification code).
If your order was sent out by a Courier Service check the same page to see the tracking number.

How can I change the shipping information or cancel the order?
