As a rule, the client gets his order within 10-17 days. But taking into consideration that the medicines are manufactured and shipped from India in some cases the delivery may take 5 more days. In case the delay exceeds the fixed term, please contact us and we will do our best to find the best possible solution of the problem. Interests of our clients are above all for us.
Order cancellation policy
Please, fill in the order form attentively, double check it before submitting. Pay special attention to the shipping address. Any invalid data or misprints may prevent the delivery. If you made your order incorrectly, please inform us about that as soon you can.
If you wish to cancel your order you may contact our support team by the phone or by an e-mail within 24 hours after making it, otherwise your request will be rejected.
Refund policy
We guarantee that all the medicines we offer are absolutely identical in their chemical composition to the brand-name ones, and thus produce the same effect.
If for some reasons you are not satisfied with the ordered medicines contact us to qualify for a refund and get the return address. Your payment will be fully reimbursed to your credit card, and the refund will be reflected at your credit card statement.
